Back Again!!

Well, it seems we do nothing but travel. Tabithia told me Wednesday, "Get me out of town." So, we loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly. Not quite. We went to Branson for the weekend. We attended a show there that I laughed until I cried and still laugh when I think about it. It was hilarious. The funniest part is that over the years it is the third time we have seen it. I still laugh.

Here is a picture of the group, minus me, in downtown Branson. I think we shopped more than we did anything. Yippee (sarcastically)!!! We had a good time though. It was worth it just to go recharge for a little while. So far we have been to Memphis, Seattle, Kilowna, Vernon, and Branson. Where to next...I'll keep you posted.

That would be "e" in Kelowna. Come on dude! You were only here how many days, surely you learned how to spell these crazy names up here. YIKES! Some of the spellings really do throw ya though. Had to give you a bit of a hard time.

I am not hooked on phonics, eh. Or maybe I am and that is the problem. Who would think that something should be spelled like it sounds. That would be crazy. Ha, Ha, Ha!!

Speaking of "eh"...on my birthday card, everyone, at the end of their comment wrote "eh". I about died laughing thinking of you when I read their comments and how hard you tried to be Canadian by finishing everything with "eh". All you will have to do to get me laughing is say, "eh". That's as bad as "NYAK". It has the same affect on me.

Actually, if I didn't KNOW how to spell Kelowna, I would have spelled it with an "a"...Kalowna becuase of the "uh" sound.

We had a great time with you and Tab up here. Can hardly wait to see you two again.

Virginia sounds lovely. There are two times that might not be opportune. One is during home rennovations. The other is during apple butter season around Sister Connie Wilson. It is not that I would consider myself lazy or work brittle as we say in the south. I would just prefer to leave the work to those who know how they want it done. It's not apple butter until Sis Connie's mom says it apple butter. I like to leave certain things to the pros...decorating...painting...

Oh yeah, Sis Tammi, what was the deleted comment? LOL

Was it me that deleted a comment? Hmmm...If it were me...I probably got tired of the computer moving so slowly and hit the publish button twice and you ended up with two of the same post, therefore, I deleted one...no need to have double posts. ~grin~ Sorry! I can't remember what I did five minutes ago, much less yesterday...I don't know!

About Me

My photo
In 2003, my wife Tabithia and I left our city home and embarked on an unexpected journey. Both of us have fulltime jobs outside of the home. When the work day is over we return home and begin working again. We have around 100 animals here. Many of which are owner surrendered or rescued. This 4 +/- acres of land that we call Fair Haven Farms is a little piece of heaven. Not everything is always grand, but we endure the negative and celebrate the highlights of our furred and feathered friends. The farm is available for travel. We participate in many educational programs. FHF also opens the barn doors for birthday parties and other events. Feel free to visit our Fair Haven Farm facebook page. We hope to see you soon. Until then may every day be FARMTASTIC!
