The Big Reveal

Here are a few pics of the outside of our house. It does not show everything. I love Christmas. I have been slow to post due to a small home improvement project. I suppose I should post some pics of that. There will be a band service at our house tonight. There was a ladies' night out last Friday. I had to get all of the construction finished before that and try to clean up the mess. All is well here in Arkansas. I will try to get some more pics up of the inside. I'll have to hurry, lest I be called a liar. The nerve!!!!! *rasberry* Hope you guys enjoy this post. More pics that words. God bless you all.

Disregard my camera date. I don't know why that thing does that.

I was wondering if you really start decorating in July.

I don't know whether to say, "Oooooooohhhhhh!!! Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!" or cover my eyes and say, "Whoa! Where are my sunglasses?!" It looks terrific, Jason! I wish I could load the kids up and drive by to see the spectacle in person one night. I think we can safely hand over the envied Go Way Overboard With Christmas award. Maybe you can display it along with everything else. Probably only if it lights up, hu?

(I love the candy canes by the front door! Speaking of envy...)

That snowman is over 12 feet tall. That is one of six inflatables across the yard. I will soon try to get some pics of the inside up. There is a tree in every room, even the bathrooms.

Thanks for all of the good comments. I am glad that you all like it.

As for the "Go Way Overboard Award" I would proudly display that with a 100 bulb strand of lights wrapped around its base.

I mailed a package to you today. Please let me know when it arrives and if it is in one piece. They said it should be there in one week, so I'm hoping they mean by next Friday.

Again thanks to everyone that has enjoyed our Christmas display. I must admit it is more me than Tabithia. I will try to get a new post up soon. It has been very hectic with work, Christmas play, graduation...I will catch up eventually.

About Me

My photo
In 2003, my wife Tabithia and I left our city home and embarked on an unexpected journey. Both of us have fulltime jobs outside of the home. When the work day is over we return home and begin working again. We have around 100 animals here. Many of which are owner surrendered or rescued. This 4 +/- acres of land that we call Fair Haven Farms is a little piece of heaven. Not everything is always grand, but we endure the negative and celebrate the highlights of our furred and feathered friends. The farm is available for travel. We participate in many educational programs. FHF also opens the barn doors for birthday parties and other events. Feel free to visit our Fair Haven Farm facebook page. We hope to see you soon. Until then may every day be FARMTASTIC!
